The World's Best Dance
This course is for dancers who have some confidence in their abilities for center work, yet are still learning elementary movements in both Barre and Center Practices.
Students in Level 1C will be learning more load-bearing movements in their Barre Practice, as well as finishing the development of their Center Practice into a complete set of exercises. 1C further develops the student’s sense of direction and alignment, as well as starts them to develop the first movements of the Allegro Section of each Lesson. Students in 1C will notice a strong emphasis on the development of their strength and self-discipline in regard to completing these elementary-level lessons.
Level 1C is recommended for students wishing to transition from a recreational non-Russian system of training (Royal Academy of Dance, Ceccetti Society of Canada, Society of Classical Dance Vaganova Method, International Dance Teachers Association, International Society of Teachers of Dance, etc.) at the Intermediate level (or equivalent of).
