Barre Fitness takes the beauty and grace of lovely Ballet inspired movements and fuses it with fitness and athletics for a beautiful, sweaty class! Barre classes use the Ballet wall mounted bars and through upbeat music and energetic instruction, you’ll complete lots of simple, repetitive movements and pulses – giving you a crazy good workout! Barre is a fantastically low impact workout for all levels, ages and exercise backgrounds.
Barre is typically known for lower body ‘burn’ so this class ensures a total body focus with small handweights integrated to complete Dancer inspired arm sequences for sculpting & strength.
Wear barefeet or grip/barre socks if you have them and snug fitting stretchy clothes. Bring a mat, or we have rentals available.
**As this is a free class we ask that all registrants please remove themselves from class if unable to attend to allow the opportunity for other guests to enjoy!**
