Floor Barre

Join former Ballet De Catalunya dancer, Clare Gillese for an hour of floor barre.
It will blend elements of Progressing Ballet Technique with barre au sol. Some ballet experience is recommended but not necessary! This will be a gentle, non weight bearing class.
