This is an open group jam, as part of Physical Intersections Digital Collaborations (PIDC), that audience members are invited to attend during Dance Days.

Mover + Shaker + Scratcher + Fluid-Stretcher make an ambitious move to become lichens. Will they be-come? This creation and improvisation process experimenting with sound, projection, and movement are emerging from the theme “emergence,” given by Physical Intersections Digital Collaborations (PIDC).
PIDC is a 16 month Collaborative multi-disciplinary project funded by the Canada Council for the Arts that brings together 2 curator/mentors with 12 artists to create works that exist and are exhibited/disseminated in physical and digital places. Participating organizations include X-changes, MediaNet/Flux Gallery and Victoria Arts Council.
