Partyfit® & Sculpt

Partyfit & Sculpt is a 45-minute Partyfit/dance fitness workout (see description below), followed by a core and strength segment using small dumbbells, and a quick stretch. This class is a fun and effective “All-In-One” workout; all fitness levels are welcome.

HOW TO REGISTER FOR CLASSES:

STEP 1: Go to the “Shop” page on verofitnessonline.com. You will need to create a Profile. Please choose YES for the Booking/Scheduling Opt-in (this is how you will receive the Zoom link to join classes).

STEP 2: Use the promo code DANCEDAYS2025 at checkout to get your free drop-in pass(es) and sign up for class(es). The Promo code only works through verofitnessonline.com, not the MindBody App.

Detailed information:

After booking/signing up for your class(es), you will receive an email with the ZOOM link and password to join the class. Please ensure your ZOOM account name is recognizable for the instructor to let you in. It should be similar to your Account Profile. For the best experience, ensure your computer is close to your modem, or we recommend a hard wire connection. If you experience a delay in the video, you can try to leave and re-join the meeting. If that doesn’t work, turn your camera off. The VeroFitness community is lovely and welcoming. Be ready to sweat, smile, and be challenged as you enter the world of Partyfit®.
