Join our instructor Sylvia Louis in a Pole Fundamentals class. Pole dance is a fun and energetic form of movement that can be enjoyed by people of all fitness levels. The class will focus on the foundational movements of pole dancing, including how to safely hold the pole. You will learn basic spins and holds, and how to create transitions between each move on the floor.
This class is a great way to learn something new. If you are interested in building strength and confidence, come out and give it a try! This is an entry-level class and suitable for all levels.
