Rooted in Salsa On2 (New York style), this beginner-friendly class introduces foundational salsa steps, rhythms, and body movement. You’ll learn basic footwork, turns, body movement, and musicality, while weaving in elements from other Latin dance styles to build confidence, fluidity, and personal expression. Set to a soulful and empowering playlist of salsa and Latin music, this class offers technique you can enjoy in solo movement or bring to the social dance floor. No partner or prior experience required – just bring your love of music, rhythm, and movement.
