Protégé Dance Project
Protégé Dance Project (formerly Boston Dance Collective) promotes the development of dancers who are versatile, open-minded, dedicated and focused on having solid technical and artistic sensibility. Protégé offers a variety of classes in multiple disciplines for all levels and abilities from 2 years – adult (beginner to pre-professional). We strive to create an environment of like-minded, committed and driven individuals so that the quality and experience of each dancer’s training is a positive one.

Zumba with Roxana
Zumba is a dance fitness program that combines Latin rhythms like salsa, reggaeton, merengue, cumbia and many other international rhythms. Zumba routines incorporate interval training, alternating fast and slow rhythms to help improve cardiovascular fitness. My name is Roxana Soto, a British Columbia Recreation and Parks Association (BCRPA), registered Fitness Instructor, and currently licensed to teach Zumba®, Zumba Toning ® and Zumba Gold® .

Shan-e-Punjab
Shan-e-Punjab teaches dance from all regions of India, mostly focused on dances from Punjab which include, Bhangra, the male traditional folk dance and its various styles; Giddha, is the female traditional folk and its styles (various themes) include Jago, Teeyan, Teej, Tirinjina, Malwa-ee or Babeh-ah da Giddha and Lohri; Sammi, a female folk dance voicing the heart of Punjabi women; and Bollywood.
