After Compagnie Hervé Koubi’s What the day owes to the night last season, we had to bring this incredible multi-ethnic company to Victoria to perform the sequel live on stage! With breathtaking energy, wearing headgear inspired by Swarovski, 13 street dancers evoke the humanity of the early ‘barbarians’ of the Mediterranean basin, whirling dark skirts and moving with stunning fluidity against a musical backdrop of Mozart, Fauré and traditional Algerian melodies.
