What is a watch party and how do I access it?

A watch party allows a group of people to watch a dance presentation together and talk face-to-face in real-time. Once a watch party is started, participants can watch videos, chat and interact with one another altogether. For each of our dance presentations, we will begin a watch party (which is optional to join) during the presentation and then you can join a facilitated discussion about what you have just seen after the presentation. Our watch parties will be hosted in Zoom. You will need to download Zoom prior to the party. Please refer to the How To’s for complete watch party instructions.

The watch party dates are:

  • Compagnie Hervé KOUBI – Saturday, November 14 at 7:30 pm
  • Ukrainian Shumka Dancers Nutcracker – Sunday, December 13, 2020 at 2:00 pm
  • Grupo Corpo – Saturday, February 27, 2021 at 7:30 pm
