Confirmation of age:*
If you are under 18 years old, your Parent or Guardian must complete the Studio Rental Agreement for you. Also, your Parent or Guardian must accompany you at all times in the facility – including in the studio itself.

Please note that a typical New Studio Rental requires 5 steps:

1. a brief meeting to tour the studios facility at a pre-arranged time
2. completion of a Rental Agreement
3. proof of commercial liability insurance coverage (if a group rental)
4. key FOB pickup with CC Authorization form
5. confirmation and pre-payment of booked schedule.

After you submit a studio rental inquiry, a new studio rental requires:

  • completion of a signed rental agreement
  • proof of commercial liability insurance coverage (if a group rental)
  • a tour of the studios facility at a pre-arranged time
  • payment of a key deposit
  • confirmation and pre-payment of booked schedule
  • Shaw Studio $48.00/hr
  • Vernon Studio $48.00/hr
  • Milne Studio $41.00/hr
  • Ballroom $96.00/hr

* Rental + staffing rates are subject to GST. Rates are current for the 2025 calendar year (January 1-December 31, 2025).
