ONLINE Improvisation Dance Classes (Borrowed Time)

These intergenerational improvisation classes will work on developing coordination, dynamics and freedom of movement while incorporating somatic work to find awareness and agency.

All ages 18+ and all abilities are welcome

Classes are by donation, with a suggested price of $15.
