Linley Faulkner

Linley is the owner of PoleCoven, a boutique pole and aerial arts studio located in downtown Victoria. With a background in people operations consulting since 2015, Linley has worked on growth projects for both dance organizations and technology companies. Additionally, Linley has served on non-profit boards since 2012, gaining experience in board development, board recruitment, strategic planning, event planning, fundraising, and adjudication. Inspired by the goal of building a more vibrant and inclusive community in Victoria, Linley has also worked locally and internationally for human rights and gender inclusion initiatives.

A proud University of Victoria alumni, Linley holds a Bachelor’s of Arts in Social Sciences and Humanities, and has also attended the School of Public Administration’s Masters program. This educational background, coupled with their extensive experience, equips Linley with a unique perspective and a keen eye for effective strategies. With 19 years of residency in Victoria, Linley has become deeply connected to the local community. Beyond their professional pursuits, Linley treasures the company of a little toddler and a fluffy cat, bringing joy and balance to their life. Linley’s passion lies in not only growing her own businesses, projects and artistry, but also in supporting other organizations in their journey towards success.
