After virtual performances during our pandemic seasons, we knew we had to find a way to bring this incredible company to Victoria! Thirteen street dancers from Algeria, Morocco, France and Burkina Faso perform with breathtaking energy. Wearing headgear inspired by Swarovski, the dancers evoke the humanity of the early settlers of the Mediterranean basin, whirling dark skirts and moving with stunning fluidity against a musical backdrop of Mozart, Fauré and traditional Algerian melodies.

A touch of theatrical magic!
