Dance Victoria collects personal information in order to:

• Process ticket orders for our Presentation Series and register participants for programs offered by the Society;
• Inform our patrons about up-coming Series Presentations and community outreach activities; and
• Conduct an annual fundraising campaign

Dance Victoria will protect the privacy of patrons and all program participants. To ensure the protection of personal information the Society will not:

• Trade or sell, or otherwise supply to third parties, addresses, email or phone numbers collected by the Royal and McPherson Theatres Box Office in sales transactions (e.g. ticket and subscription sales) conducted on behalf of the Society
• Trade or sell, or otherwise supply to third parties information collected by the Dance Victoria administration office provided by members of the public for the purpose of registering for a class, workshop, youth pass or other program
• Trade or sell, or otherwise supply to third parties lists of individuals who have made donations to the Society

Information Collected Electronically:

The Society will endeavor to ensure the security of any personal information collected electronically and will not post personal information on the Dance Victoria website. The solicitation of donations and registration fees will be conducted only through a secure site.

Opting Out:

Patrons who do not wish to receive information about the Society’s activities and requests to support the organization financially can opt out at any time by contacting the office at:
