Rental Inquiry

Please fill out the following form regarding your studio rental inquiry at Dance Victoria Studios. We aim to respond to inquiries within two business days. If you do not hear from us within two business days, please check your spam/junk folder and then feel free to follow-up directly at studios@dancevictoria.com.

For your planning purposes, please know it typically takes a week to onboard a new renter.

Please note that a typical New Studio Rental requires 5 steps:

1. a brief meeting to tour the studios facility at a pre-arranged time

2. completion of a Rental Agreement

3. proof of commercial liability insurance coverage (if a group rental)

4. key FOB pickup with CC Authorization form

5. confirmation and pre-payment of booked schedule.
